Four of these were formulated with a soln. of H2O 20, glycerol 40, and propylene glycol 40% as the basic vehicle; another four with a soln. of H2O 20% and propylene glycol as the basic vehicle. Some of the prepns. contg. di-NaCa ethylenediaminetetraacetate as a sequestering agent, some were formulated with thiamine mononitrate instead of thiamine-HCl; others contained ?t hydrocaffeate as an antioxidant. Each formulation was assayed for thiamine, riboflavine, ascorbic acid, pyridoxine, nicotinamide, and vitamin A, stored for 30 days at 47°, and again assayed.]
