Formulations contg. a combination of a chelate or chelates (0.08-3.2% of the feed), a sequestering agent, a chelating resin, and a colloidal carrier are given. Chelates scavage the gastrointestinal tract and remove insol. salts of poorly sol. cations which block feed assimilation and (or) drug absorption and activity.
