Dr. Gordon's Personal Daily Protocol

I have developed, tested, refined AND practiced my F.I.G.H.T. Program for over 15 years. I personally use the superior supplements offered by Longevity Plus, in addition to several others. I no longer have heart disease and I have NO DETECTIBLE LEAD in my bones. I am healthier now at 74 years than I was in my 20's, and I have never felt better!

Listed below are all the supplements that I use myself to attain and maintain optimal health and vitality.

Daily Routine:

POWER DRINK which I create by adding the following ingredients to liquid, I prefer a mix of ½ water and ½ juice:

  1. Beyond Fiber
  2. Longevity MACA Powder
  3. Dr. Gordon's Organic Best of Greens
  4. Bio En'R-G'y C

The Power Drink is best sipped over 2 hours, ideally twice a day. Amounts required are around 1 tsp of each at least once per day; but some will do better with twice daily building up slowly. Start with an even ½ tsp of these once a day, as we MUST rebuild the gut flora for all to work optimally.

  1. Beyond Chelation Improved (BC-I), single serving packs, one in morning and one in evening.
  2. Beyond B-12, one sublingual tab at night.
  3. Beyond Bone Defense, one capsule in the evening.
  4. Beyond GHS, three caps before sleep.
  5. Beyond Lithium (Lithium orotate - 4.8 mg) taken once nightly.
  6. Boluoke, one capsule nightly.
  7. DHEA (50 mg caps) one daily at hour of sleep.
  8. EDTA Calcium Caps with magnesium malate, one twice a day.
  9. Endokinase, one each morning.
  10. H.R.T. Plus (Herbal Remedy from Thailand) one sublingual tab at night.
  11. Heavy Detox, one serving nightly.
  12. Immuni-T2G and Immuni-T3, one cap of each twice daily.
  13. Kyodophilus, one serving nightly upon retiring.
  14. Lugol's Solution (Iodine) ten drops once daily in Power Drink.
  15. Melatonin, one 3 mg tab taken nightly before bed.
  16. ACS 200 (Silver) ten to twenty sprays in mouth, two to three times per day
  17. ACZ Nano (liquid zeolite) ten sprays twice a day.
  18. NAC (600 mg) two servings twice a day, in morning and at night.
  19. Nature Thyroid (2 grain) one tablet twice daily.
  20. Nettle Root (250 mg), one capsule twice daily.
  21. Pregnenolone (50 mg) one at hour of sleep.
  22. Quinton Marine Plasma (10cc Hypertonic) one vial twice a day.
  23. Sure Sleep, one cap nightly before bed.
  24. ThioGel-L (alpha lipoic acid) one softgel daily.
  25. Vitamin D3 (5,000 IU caplets) once daily.
  26. Zeo Gold (zeolite/vitamin C) 3 - 5 capsules daily.

Occasionally I take:

  1. Aminoguanidine (75 mg) 1 - 3 as needed but only 1 week each month.
  2. Cardio Pro with carnosine, resveratrol and trace minerals.
  3. Cerefolin-Nac, one cap once daily for oxidative stress.
  4. Digestive Enzyme Complex with Betain, Panreatin, Papain.
  5. Essential Daily Defense (EDD) 2 - 3 extra caps daily.
  6. Hawthorn (500 mg) two herbal caps one day a week.
  7. KAL (1500 mg) malic acid with magnesium.
  8. Mega L Arginine (750 mg) amino acid caps for increased endurance.
  9. Metanx for endothelial dysfunction and peripheral neuropathy.
  10. Nitric PRO Powder (1 scoop daily) for smoother healthier blood flow.
  11. NT Factor - lipid replacement therapy for repair of damaged cells.
  12. SAMe (S-adenosylmethionine) for methylation support.
  13. Testosterone/Progesterone/Chrysin (compounded cream) applied topically to skin areas around groin.
  14. Wobenzym PS, 3 tabs twice daily up to 5 tabs three times daily for trauma.

For food intolerance or digestive issues:

  1. Papaya Enzyme - chewable after meal supplement
  2. Histame - containing Diamine Oxidase (DAO) enzyme

For any joint or back issues:

  1. Osteo Bi-Flex with 5-Loxin
  2. Synthovial Seven (hyaluronic acid) one milliliter in fluid when needed.

For urinary issues:

  1. Clear Tract 100% D-Mannose Formula, 1 tsp (1.5 gm) as needed.

For the occasional emergency:

  1. Bach Rescue Remedy - homeopathic for calming/centering energy.


My ideal program also includes an IV of Calcium EDTA by push followed by a Myers cocktail twice a month, and a couple of UV Blood Irradiations with ozone every 2 to 3 months. When I've pushed my body too hard, I like to add 50-100 gm IV of ascorbic acid. Also consider 1-2 colonics a year, and 1-2 massages a month.

Additionally, I sleep on my 400# king-sized MAGNETCO Sleep device developed by Dr. Dean Bonlie in Calgary, Canada. I have access to a Magnopro OMT, pulsed magnetic field device, and the Hyperphoton 3D Photon therapy unit. For local applications I use the Anodyne Therapy System from Medassist. Everyone should have a laser pointer and a small neodymium magnet in the home at all times, to quiet a hot tooth or relieve minor localized pains. Finally, I firmly believe everyone needs 30 minutes of ACTIVE EXERCISE daily (I ride my bike in the Arizona hills for at least one hour, four times or more per week) AND sweating several times per week, either in a sauna or steam room, for a minimum of 15 minutes per session.
